Any spurious emissions from the amplifier must be no more than 40 dB stronger than the desired output signal 

It must not be capable of operation on any frequency between 24 MHz and 35 MHz

It must exhibit a gain of at least 20 dB for any input signal

It must produce full legal output when driven by not more than 5 watts of mean RF input power
